How I work
Talking with a psychologist can make a real difference in many areas of life. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just looking for a space to reflect, therapy offers a chance to understand yourself better and make positive changes.
I mostly work through talking therapy, whether one-on-one, with couples, families, or in groups. My role is to provide a neutral, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely, work through challenges, and figure out what’s next for you.
I use a mix of approaches—including systemic therapy, schema therapy, and psychodynamic therapy—so we can find what works best for your unique needs. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or simply navigating life’s ups and downs, we’ll work together to help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
