Oui Can Talk – Therapy

My journey into psychology has been shaped by curiosity, adaptability, and life experiences. With a foundation in systemic psychology, I use an integrative approach to tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs.
In France, I worked with children, teenagers, and families, supporting them through emotional, learning, and developmental challenges. These experiences deepened my understanding of how personal each journey is and the importance of meeting people where they are.
Moving to the Netherlands as an expat gave me new perspectives on life transitions and inspired me to start my private practice. As a mother of two, I’ve also learned firsthand the importance of balance and finding clarity in life’s complexities.
In my practice, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where we can explore your story and work toward meaningful change.

How I work

Talking with a psychologist can make a real difference in many areas of life. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just looking for a space to reflect, therapy offers a chance to understand yourself better and make positive changes.

I mostly work through talking therapy, whether one-on-one, with couples, families, or in groups. My role is to provide a neutral, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely, work through challenges, and figure out what’s next for you.

I use a mix of approaches—including systemic therapy, schema therapy, and psychodynamic therapy—so we can find what works best for your unique needs. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or simply navigating life’s ups and downs, we’ll work together to help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
